ISSUES
This is where
the issues of the Polyvinci publication will be accessible from once publication
begins in September of 2023.
You can also access the newest issue from the main pages, which is the
front page of Polyvinci; you can access that by clicking on the “MAIN”
link on the main menu, or simply click “POLYVINCI” in the
navigation menu links on each page.
Frontier Pop, which now supplements this web site, served as a working
prototype of this site, which is now the main publication web site and
brand. Like the issues on Frontier Pop, none of our issues are final.
No issues are final, and are continuous works in progress, updated as
needed with new content. Once an issue is replaced by a new issue, the
“old” issue then becomes a “subject” section for
its main topic, with most updates to that topic eventually dominating
other subjects on the “page” (repurposed issue), although
those topics are also referenced from the “SUBJECTS” link
on the main menu and are associated with that issue.
Basically, although we will eventually add a search feature on this site,
we designed that to be redundant. You should easily be able to find what
you are looking for, as all of our content is contextual, cross referenced,
and able to be found intuitively within a few clicks of links. If we needed
a search feature, we didn’t do our job well.
The point of this site is to be a source of comprehensive information
on thousands of subjects, a compendium of human knowledge, a resource
for the curious and inquisitive polymath, or renaissance person, in all
of us. It’s about learning while being entertained. The more that
you comprehend and learn, the more power that you will have as an individual.
Going back to issues, we will have a new issue every month, with the new
issue found at the top of this page, as well as on the main page of the
site.
January 7, 2023
Polyvinci first came online the morning of January 7, 2023, and is still updating. We have't published an issue, yet, but are currently working on them, with a lead time of up to three months and lots of planning involved.
Once we begin publication, which will be in September, 2023, we will publish monthly issues, with each issue having a primary subject. That issue will become the main issue for that subject long after its month is up, and all issues remain online and are in play, with updates as needed. Articles, columns, and other content for each issue will also be added to, updated, referenced, and accessible from our subject section as the issues are published. Updated issues and content associated with subjects will be referenced on the main page of Polyvinci, as well.
This section of the Polyvinci web site will list, reference, describe, and link to issues of our publication. Like this section, our subject section well also list and link to relevant issues, articles, and other content associated with that subject.
All content is updated as needed, expanded upon as needed, and nothing is final.
